Let us together allow for the anchoring in of the energies of the new mooncycle, as we create, connect and illuminate our intentions in harmony with cosmos. With the support of the month’s new Moonsong, Movement, Star gazing meditation, Bantu Cosmology and Folktales, Permaculture(holistic farming), Music therapy and Sweat lodge we will together expand on our understanding of what the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual shifts of the season have in store for us, us, and explore our interconnection with this space through music, ritual and indigenous gardening.
The MminoNgweding Retreat focuses on how our human bio rhythms are linked with the land, and facilitates practical ways that we can implement to reconnect with that harmony.
