Overcome the addiction to any negative behavioural pattern through our programme where we will address the core wound of the pattern that you are clearing. Through an integrated approach of Yoga, Qi gong organ tonification and healing sound exercises, guided meditation, NLP(neuro-linguistic programming) behavioural change therapy, detox protocols and aligning to our natural biorhythms, we tailor an African centered approach to your journey substance and negative behaviour abuse journey and programme with us. Six month intensive program The six month programme is designed to address the core wound behind the addiction and any co-dependent wounds that may surface in the process. This is done through: - 3 x Neuro Linguistic Programming treatment sessions - 3 x NLP treatment audios to listen back to all throughout the programme - African cleansing protocols ie. enema, purging and steaming prescribed by a trained Herbalist, and - - Weekly sessions of integrated music therapy holistically designed to help restore each patient’s strength and ability to break free from patterns that have been holding them back. Weekly sessions Each weekly session is aligned to the seasonal shifts and broken up into three cycles where once every three weeks we will focus on: 1. Understanding integrated music therapy 2. The impact of music therapy, and 3. Using music therapy. This way and approach is aimed at both inspiring and encouraging patients to learn the work(dependence), grasp it(independence) and use it through interconnection(interdependence) through each month's cycle. Each weekly session is a holistically invigorating experience that boosts vitality, provides mental and emotional self-regulation techniques, and allows patients to deepen their awareness and relationship with the achievement of their healing goals. The Weekly sessions cost R500 per patient per month. This includes: - 4 x 1 hr long integrated music therapy sessions per month inclusive of Breathwork, Yoga, Qigong, Guided meditation and Sound and Music therapy The Six month intensive costs R9600 per patient for the 6 month period. This includes: - Herbalist consultation with cleansing protocols and full kit - 3 x NLP(Neuro-Linguistic programming) treatment sessions - 3 x guided NLP meditation audio aides for personal use - Weekly integrated music therapy sessions - Personal yoga mat and block - Unlimited text and email support
